Since we were going to spend a weekend watching the Masters Golf Tournament, I decided to throw a little Ball Party. I tried to make as many ball-themed food as I could, without actually using bull testicles.
I started with a tomato and mozzarella salad. If you buy the large balls of mozzarella, you simply scoop out smaller balls with a melon baller. I also found some nice and perfectly round cherry tomatoes.

The melon baller was put to good use, adding melon balls to this salad. I used this recipe for Poppyseed Fruit Salad.

Meatballs were a no-brainer. I made this Sweet and Sour Meatballs recipe, with ground chicken.

A sampling of balls: crab-stuffed mushroom caps (kind of looked like golf balls when upside down), sweet and sour meatballs, and Sausage Cheese Balls.

Ice cream balls for dessert, along with a chocolate cupcake (it's rounded on the top!).
