I heard Emeril Lagasse being interviewed about this book, and it made me hungry. I made Grilled Garlic Bread; Grilled Smashed Potatoes; and Orange, Cumin, and Cilantro Grilled Pork Loin.
It was all good - but those potatoes are out of this world. You essentially bathe boiled potatoes in an olive oil/garlic/rosemary mixture, smash them, and grill them. So good.
