Going to Epcot Center always means making my own mini-international food festival; it's one of the reasons it's the #1 park in Disney World for me. But once a year they have the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. And then it's an official festival of food!!
This year they introduced a little gift card you could wear around your wrist, which makes for quicker and easier payment at the stands. And pay you will - we visited 14 out of 27 food stands and probably ended up spending $130 for 2 people. But we tried a lot of food, and it was all good and all worth it. Can't wait til next year.
Buenos Aires, Argentina
This was our first stop... and our last stop. The Beef Empanada with Tomato Salsa was incredible.

Barcelona, Spain
Serrano Ham, Chorizo, Manchego, Olives, and Tomato Bread; Red Snapper Escabeche

Krakow, Poland
Kielbasa and Potato Pierogie with Caramelized Onions and Sour Cream

Cape Town, South Africa
Mealie Soup with Crabmeat and Chili Oil; Seared Beef Tenderloin with Sweet Potato Puree and Mango Barbeque Sauce. This was great stuff too; I love that you can get a nicely cooked piece of beef at a food kiosk in the middle of Disney World.

Melbourne, Australia
Grilled Lamb Chop with Red Wine Sauce and Murray River Sea Salt. I had to try this because I'm always curious about lamb, and I figured this would be a good place to try a well-cooked, small plate of it. I didn't love it; it's probably the only time I'll eat lamb.

Hops and Barley (a/k/a America the Beautiful)
New England Lobster Roll and Samuel Adams Cherry Wheat Draft. God Bless America!!

Paris, France
Braised Short Ribs in Cabernet with Mashed Potatoes. It was like a delicious little pie with a mashed potato crust.

Wellington, New Zealand
Seared Sea Scallop with Vegetable Slaw and Lemon Oil. Not only was the food great, but it allowed me the opportunity to walk around for about 30 minutes showing off my Flight of the Conchords-inspired New Zealand accent. YISS!
